FantasyMemo
AI-first fantasy basketball · new for 2026-27

Nine categories, four games a night, one memo that keeps track.

Every Monday, Fantasy Memo reads your league and writes you a memo: the category matchup on paper and which categories are still in reach, who to stream for the games, who to add for good, and the trade the other manager would actually accept. Wednesday and Friday it checks your lineup again before tip-off.

The whole product for 14 days, no card. Sleeper, Yahoo and ESPN read directly; any other league by pasting your roster. Read-only, every one. Season pass $19 through November 3 — then $40, or $30 if you already hold the football pass.

The consultant

You ask. We answer. You decide.

Fantasy Memo is not a verdict machine. Every number on the roster page opens; ask why, and it shows the arithmetic. Disagree, and it argues back — from the same numbers and this week's reporting — then holds or concedes. The lineup is still yours to set.

  • Ask: the starter beside every bench player who fits the slot, with the gap
  • Answer: rank in your format → per game in your categories → × games this week, on every row
  • Decide: make your case in a sentence, get a verdict in a paragraph, keep the call or take the lean — this week only

Every slot has an Analysis. The PG is the close one this week.

Brandin Podziemski is the pick — 3.5 ahead of Andrew Nembhard on this week's value.

Same number of games (3); Podziemski is worth more per game in this league's categories (9.6 to 8.4).

Three things a basketball ranking can't do

It counts the games.

A player is worth what he does per game times the games he plays before Sunday. The memo says which comparison it is making: a 2-game star and a 4-game average player are close for the week and not close for the season.

It knows your categories.

Every player is scored in your league's categories against the pool your league actually rosters, with FG% and FT% weighted by attempts. Punt free throws, and the board reorders. 8-cat, 9-cat, roto or points — it reads the settings.

It names the swing category.

The matchup is projected category by category. When points is within one streamer of flipping, it says so, names the free agent with three games, and names the drop.

Weekly lineups (Sleeper) and daily lineups (Yahoo, ESPN) both work; the memo says whether an add plays this week or next. How connecting works.

The week

Monday memo. Wednesday check. Friday check.

  • MondayThe memo: your best lineup with games counted, the category matchup with the swing categories, streams for the week, adds for good, the trade to propose and the message to send, the light weeks ahead.
  • WednesdayA check before tip-off: a starter ruled out with no games left, an empty slot on a game night, a stream worth making. An email only if something needs a hand.
  • FridayThe same check for the weekend.
  • Every game dayDaily-lineup leagues (Yahoo, ESPN) are checked nightly instead: an open slot tonight, a benched player with a game, a stream worth making. The Daily Memo add-on ($15 a season) turns that check into a written note.
  • Any timeAsk the consultant why a slot is set the way it is, argue the case, and it defends the number or concedes — this week only.

A draft board that knows your format.

The board is the category model on Rotowire's projections for your scoring: an 8-cat league and a points league see different orders from the same lines. Tiers, who lasts to your pick, your roster's needs with PG/SG eligibility counted at both, and a last-round centre it will not let you forget. Mock now; run the real thing on draft night.
