These terms govern your use of fantasymemo.com and the Fantasy Memo apps, operated by Brincore, LLC, doing business as Fantasy Memo. By using them you agree to these terms.
The service
Fantasy Memo provides analysis and written suggestions about fantasy sports rosters. It is advice, not a guarantee: outcomes in fantasy sports depend on real games we do not control, and any suggestion may turn out to be wrong. You make your own decisions and your own moves.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your email account secure; sign-in codes sent to it act as your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may connect only leagues you are a member of.
Platforms
Fantasy Memo reads data from third-party fantasy platforms (Sleeper, Yahoo) under their terms and with your authorisation. We are not affiliated with them, the NFL, or any team or league. If a platform withdraws access, the related features may stop working.
Plans and payment
The trial is free and needs no payment details. The season pass is a one-time payment for the stated season, processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. Promotional prices apply for the period stated. Because the product is delivered immediately, payments are not refundable except where the service was unavailable for a substantial part of the season or where the law requires a refund.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its content, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Content
Memos and analysis are for your personal use. Public content on this site may be quoted with attribution and a link.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including fantasy league outcomes. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may change the service or these terms; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
