Privacy policy

This policy explains what Brincore, LLC, doing business as Fantasy Memo (“Fantasy Memo”, “we”) collects when you use fantasymemo.com and the Fantasy Memo apps, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we do not sell it, and you can delete it.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, used to sign you in and to send the memo and lineup alerts you opt into. Sign-in is by emailed code or link; we never store a password.
- League data: when you connect a fantasy platform, we read your league's settings, rosters (yours and other teams'), standings and weekly scores. Sleeper data is public and read by username. Yahoo data is read through Yahoo's API with your permission; we store the access token, encrypted, so the app can refresh your league without asking you again. Access is read-only: we never change a lineup or make a transaction.
- Usage: which memos were generated for your leagues, how much AI processing your account used (to enforce plan limits), and standard web logs.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer id and plan status, never your card.
How we use it
- To compute and write your memos and lineup checks.
- To send the emails you have opted into. Turn them off any time on your account page.
- To operate, secure and improve the service.
AI processing
Memos are written by Anthropic's Claude models. The model receives the computed candidates for your roster and shared player research; it does not receive your email address. Player research is generated once for everyone from public reporting and is not tied to any user. Public content on this site is produced from that shared research only, never from an individual's memo.
Who else sees it
Service providers who process data for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI). Each processes data only to provide its service. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. Email memo@fantasymemo.com from your account address to delete your account; leagues, memos, tokens and sessions are deleted with it.
Cookies
One cookie: your sign-in session. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics on this site are aggregate and cookieless.
Children
Fantasy Memo is for people 18 and over.
