Gueye is not on an NBA roster in the sources I found, so he has no NBA role to project right now, and I found no reporting that he has signed anywhere.

No NBA minutes, usage or starting role exist. Rotowire, checked 26 October, lists him as a free agent. It says the Bulls traded him to the Timberwolves in a three-team deal in late June 2026 and that he was to be waived. A RealGM profile header names Valencia Basket as his current team, but I could not date that line, so I would not treat it as confirmed. Last season's statistics were not supplied for him, so I give no figures.
No current analyst case turned up. The only argument that can be drawn from what I found is thin. Rotowire lists him at 6'9" and the 2K27 ratings page credits him with a 7'1" wingspan and a strong shot-blocking rating. He made 11 NBA appearances for Toronto in 2023-24, averaging 1.6 blocks in 10.9 minutes. That is a tiny sample and not current coverage.
He has never held a steady NBA rotation spot. His record is mostly 10-day deals, two-way deals and Exhibit 10 contracts, plus a rest-of-season deal with Chicago in April 2026 that covered only the last three regular-season games. He is unsigned, so there is no roster spot to compete for.
