Skal Labissière
Labissière is an unsigned free agent with no confirmed NBA role for the rest of this season, and I found no current coverage of a rotation spot.
Role
No NBA role, minutes or usage can be described. NBA.com's player page (checked 26 October) shows he signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Wizards on 5 October 2026. Fox Sports/RotoWire noted the Wizards could waive him at any time because they own his G League rights. Our data lists him as a free agent, so he is presumably no longer on that deal. I did not find the waiver or any report on where he is now. If he is in the G League, I found nothing on it.
He is a 6'10" big man with a stretch profile, and teams have used him as emergency depth. The Kings signed him to a 10-day deal when Domantas Sabonis was set to miss time. The Wizards signed him to another 10-day deal and later an Exhibit 10 deal. An injury to a team's bigs could lead to another short-term call-up.
He has been out of regular NBA rotations for years. RotoWire had him at 1.7 points and 1.0 rebounds in 4.0 minutes over three games with the Kings in 2024-25. His 10-day contract with the Wizards expired on 6 February 2026. Our data now lists him as unsigned again after the Exhibit 10 deal. At best he is a short-term contract candidate with minimal minutes, and he is not a lineup piece.
Where analysts split
Broad agreement: I found no analyst coverage of him as a current rotation player, so there is no debate to report.
Research confidence: thin. Outlooks are grounded in web search over current reporting and refreshed through the season.
