Little is the Jaguars' locked-in starting kicker. He has a long-range leg and plays for a 4-1 team, so he should keep getting both field goal and extra-point chances for the rest of the season.

He handles all field goals and extra points, and the Jaguars have shown they will send him out from long range. ESPN's player page (checked 13 October) shows 5-for-5 on field goals in October, with three of the makes from 50 or more yards. In the 19-17 win over the Eagles on Sunday, 11 October, he made a 57-yard field goal as time expired. I found no reporting of a kicking competitor. Snap share and touches don't apply to kickers.
His leg is a weapon. He made a 68-yard field goal last season, which was the longest in NFL history at the time, and a 70-yarder in the 2025 preseason. ESPN's page shows him 5-for-5 on field goals in October, including 3-for-3 from 50 or more yards. Sky Sports reports the Jaguars are 4-1 and looking like a contender, so he should keep getting scoring chances. He also just hit a game-winner from 57 yards.
A 1-for-2 day on extra points against the Eagles is a small accuracy flag. Kicker output depends on how often the offense stalls in field goal range, which isn't something he controls. Around the Eagles game I only found ESPN's split line, which showed him at 77.8% against AFC opponents, 7-for-9. RotoBaller's 2025 note made the same point: his value holds as long as he stays accurate.
