Kansas City has scored under 23 points in back-to-back games, and Mahomes has finished as the QB23 in each of his last two weeks (DraftKings).
Kansas City's D/ST scored 13 fantasy points against Denver in Week 1, when Mahomes threw two touchdown passes and ran for a third in a 31-10 win. Sportsnaut says the real question is whether Denver has cleaned up its tackling after the earlier game against Kenneth Walker. SI's ranker has Denver 20th this week, and KC is only a slight road favorite in a low-total game.

The open questions are whether Surtain actually returns and whether Denver can slow Kansas City after the Week 1 blowout.
