Ryan Flournoy
Flournoy is Dallas's clear WR3 who plays most snaps behind CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens, and his production depends on volume and on whether one of them misses time.
Role
Third receiver and top slot option. FantasyData (as indexed, roughly 3 weeks old) said he played at least 66% of offensive snaps in each of the first three games. NBC Sports had him at 41 of 58 snaps in Week 1. A RotoWire snap table lists 83%, 81% and 72% for three Dallas receivers, but the extract does not label which row is Flournoy, so I am not citing it for him. His targets by game: 4 (Week 1), 6 (Week 2), 8 (Week 3), 5 (Week 4) and 4 (Week 5), which is 27 over five games. His competition for targets is Lamb, Pickens and TE Jake Ferguson. RotoWire notes Lamb had 21 targets in Week 4, which dwarfed everyone else's. I did not read a current Dallas depth chart.
He is on the field almost every down, and the passing volume is trending up. NBC Sports noted he had 21 targets over his last three games and that Dallas passing more helps him. He just hit 3-90 on a 48-yard catch against Tampa Bay. If Lamb or Pickens misses time, FantasyData says he could step into an important role. Last year's report on his two games with Lamb out said he flashed a high ceiling.
Lamb and Pickens take most of the production, so he rarely produces much. NBC Sports calls him typically incapable of viable production in their shadows. Before Week 5 he had been held to 22 or 23 yards in each of his first three games. The 90 yards in Week 5 came largely on one 48-yard play. RotoWire said he would likely need an absence from one of the two to be usable.

Broad agreement on his role as WR3 with a low ceiling. The only open question is whether the recent rise in Dallas's pass volume, and his 21 targets over three games, will last, or whether Lamb, Pickens and Ferguson keep absorbing the targets.
