It also notes Carolina ranks 28th in pass block win rate, and Draft Sharks show the matchup as a favorable strength of schedule (-43.5%).
Sportsnaut says the unit "isn't quite as great as we anticipated," and it flagged safety problems: Parker Washington and Brenton Strange combined for 192 yards on 13 catches. ESPN's Weeks 5 to 8 outlook put PHI on its avoid list for Week 6 against Carolina, and it listed the Eagles among the weaker spots on the schedule. Vegas has the implied points against at 20.5, and the game total is low, which also limits the upside.

The split is whether Week 6 against Carolina is a good enough matchup to start the unit. Draft Sharks (7th) and Sportsnaut (9th) are higher, RotoBaller (11th) and SI (12th) are in the middle, and ESPN's streaming column says to avoid it. The underlying question is whether Carter's pass rush can offset the secondary's leaks. Carolina's weak pass blocking is the optimists' argument, and Carolina's offense showing "some really good things" is the skeptics'.
